Client Authorization
You decide what we're authorized to do
Every client engagement begins with a clear authorization checklist. You choose exactly which services ISS is permitted to perform — nothing more, nothing less. Limits, conditions, and spending caps are documented and respected at all times.

What you should know before we begin
Unused hours don't roll over
Retainer hours are allocated monthly. Unused hours within a billing period do not carry over to subsequent months.
POA requires a signed agreement
Tier 1 engagement requires execution of a Power of Attorney agreement naming ISS as Agent before services begin.
You stay in control
Clients retain the right to upgrade, modify, or pause service tiers at any time upon written notice, subject to mutually agreed terms.
