Integrity Support Services was founded by Doug, a dedicated senior advocate with firsthand experience navigating the complexities of VA benefits, hospital systems, and the daily challenges that seniors and their families face. What started as a personal commitment to helping those in need grew into a professional practice built on one guiding principle: every senior deserves someone truly in their corner.
Too often, seniors are left to manage overwhelming paperwork, confusing benefits systems, and major life transitions without adequate support. Families who want to help are frequently stretched thin by distance, work, and their own responsibilities. ISS exists to bridge that gap — providing the kind of attentive, ethical, and personal advocacy that makes a real difference.
